Stream the TV content to my Android device topic

I don't know if watch what i am seeing on the tv on my android device could be possible. I have a SAT decoder with a HDMI port and I want to do the reverse of Chromecast. Watch on my android device what the decoder is sending. Thanks in advance for any help.
