Can i install CM on korean glaxy s4 topic

I know you guys have probably have this question asked a million times but I have no where else to go. So yesterday i bought a fake galaxy s4 gt-9500 very cheap i think it was korean. It had a dual core 1 ghz cpu 512 mb ram and a 5 MP camera. Unfortionetally the stupid phone wasn't able to read any kind of SD card. It has only 12MB of internal storage. I couldn't even install youtube so i needed an external storage. I assume that this has something to do with the software because it had an SD card slot. So my question is. Will i be able to flash a custom CM ROM on a korean clone because when i tried the root it the bootloader menu was in chinesse language.
