Captivate Glide physical keyboard does not support Arabic topic

My Samsung Captivate Glide does not support Arabic in the physical keyboard, although Arabic is supported through the normal on-screen keyboard.

Hint: the phone supports some languages among which is no Arabic.

I need help please.
