Flashing Kernels though CWM topic

As the topic suggest, i wanted to know that is there any possible ways to flash custom kernels via recovery.:eek:

Flashing is my habit and due to flashing simultaneously i have just lost my Volume down button on my LWW :( And i m unable to flash custom kernels :crying: which is stopping me to install fresh Custom ROMS ,

HELP ME PLEASE...
