I lose service when I disconnect to connect to wifi or 4g lte topic

I lose service when I disconnect to connect to wifi or 4g lte sometimes I just randomly lose data service please someone help

im on att gs4 4.3 mk2


it's getting to the point where I can't even use my phone please help
