low call volume afeter jelly bean (newbe) topic

hi im a newbe and need help i had ics on the phone then updated to jellybean now the call volume is half of what it used to be both in loudspeaker and handset. called tmobile and was told to do master reset no help they sent new phone it also had jellybean and same problem. Called back tmobile was told to call samsung they told me its not there problem. If any one can help me get my volume back please i work outdoors and cant hear anyone one the phone.
