please help ..HTC sensation xe flash topic

please help me friends
my phone is htc sensation xe i try to flashing new rom then phone is not on ..stuck htc logo and i can not go to recovery mod :crying::crying::crying:
recovery menu only see 1 sec only(clock mod recovery 6.0) and restarted

and can not flash any cmw see model id incorrect error ...

please what is problem please help to me ........:crying::crying::crying:
