[Q] android app that save from unistall topic

my little brother use my Smart phone and always uninstall my games and apps.
Is there is any any that prevents uninstalling or what should I do.
I want to give the mobile to my little brother so what is the solution need help fast any one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
