[Q] Can't switch to video recording after one sec it jumps back to photo mod topic

I can't record videos with my htc one anymore. once I'm in camera I can take photos, use zoe, etc. but when Itry to switch to video recording it switches for half a sec and than it switches back automatically to photo mod. Can anyone help me?
