[Q] correct way to charge tablet topic

Hi
When I use a 10" tablet at home and have to use it for 3-4 hrs. even the batt.is fully charged,is it better for the batt if I have a wall charge plug-in to charge it........to save the circle life on charging or it'll do more damage to the batt?? It seems to have some different opinion.
