[Q] How to unlock or make a factory reset to a s4 chinese clone (htm t9500)? topic

Hi everybody!
My friend give me a cellphone, a chinese cellphone but it is locked because he forgot his password and his google account, so I can't acces to that phone, how could I unlock it, the device is the htm android t9500 an s4 clon. I hope someone can help me.
