[Q] i9070 boot loader repair with J-Link JTAG ? topic

I have a dead boot(not booting,no screen,no vib) i9070. I saw people using RIFF/JTAG tool to repair the boot loader.In my area the RIFF is rare and expensive.

Can I repair the boot loader the same way RIFF box does using J-Link (I have it in my office) ?

Where can I download the boot loader binary ?
