[Q] Increase sensitivity of trackball topic

Hi,

simple question - is it possible to increase sensitivity of trackball? I'd like to use it on Opera Mini/Mobile and VNC Viewer, because it's nice feauture in phone, but it's way too "slow" or how I could call it.
