[Q] LTE and building penetration topic

Anyone suggests rooting my Nexus 4 (with Tmobile) to enable LTE, to help with some data drop offs I'm experiencing indoors? My service is great outside at work but inside is a different story, didn't know if LTE would help with that? Thanks for any help.
