[Q] Need help with installing a recorvery, and installing roms. Sprint LG G2. topic

I recently rooted my Sprint LG G2. I'm a new to the whole installing a ROM's on my phone.

Is there any threads that go through the step by step process of installing ROMs?

Also, do I need a "recovery"? Or do these come with the ROMs?
