[Q] PG58DIAG.nbh security fail. Cannot boot into Bootloader. topic

When i try to access Bootloader i get up this message "Parsing....[PG58DIAG.nbh] [1] MFG_DIAG Security fail! Update Fail! Press <POWER> to reboot.

I am running Android HD Revolution 7.3 rom, phone is S-Off. Hboot-1.29.0000 Radio-11.24A.3504.31_M


What is the problem and how do i fix it ? I cannot access bootloader and wipe battery stats or change to another rom :mad:
