[Q] Possible to play a sound when toggling extended desktop? topic

Does anyone know if it would be fairly easy to play a sound when toggling extended desktop / immersive mode? I just learned about Xposed Framework and I have my Nexus 5 set up really cool and it would that much more awesome if I could make this happen. If anyone knows how to do this or can help me do this, I would be so thankful! Thanks so much!
