[Q] system language problem and kitkat 4 dual-sim topic

I've got a dual sim edition moto g in singapore,but now I've got some problem about system language,I really need german (Deutsch)as my system language,but here I cannot find it:(.
And,anybody who has a dual sim edition g got kitkat?
