Stuck pixels on Xperia Ray topic

Okay, tried stock ROM coming from a custom ROM. And I still have these weird black lines on the screen. :( Is there a fix or I must go for a new phone or display?

And can anyone tell me where can I find a new display for Xperia Ray?
