Which carrier did this phone belong to? topic

So I bought this phone online, and it rooted and custom Rom install into it (wicked V8). I try to contact the guy but he not answer me back. I want to go back to stock firmware so far I try T-mobile M919, GT-I9500 and got sb12 error, Also try Canada ( Wind, Mobility, Video.., and Eastlink M919V) and got mdm (modem) error. Now im back to Wicked V8. Anyone suggest I try something else? Also the picture below is under the back of the battery but it doesn't give any info.... Also when I go into Odin it said the model is SGH-M919V. Any help?
