I searched a lot but unfortunately I couldn't found any solution.
Until now I was using Jedi (4.1.2) and this specific ROM has an option in SMS default application that you can change the input mode (the options are GSM alphabet , Unicode and Auto). As I understand, the reason is that Jedi is based on international and new ROMS on new Verizon base.
Unfortunately in all the new Verizon ROMS that using android 4.3 there is no such option!
Is there any way to have 160 characters or add the option of encoding on the default SMS application of Samsung??
