Camera problems after screen resolution change topic

I changed the screen resolution from 480 to 380 and now the camera view is messed up. Looks like the camera does not like the changes. I know I saw a thread awhile back to fix this issue but I cant find the thread! If anyone could please point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated :)
