[Help] Help Please! topic

:fly: Well, I am new then downloaded a thing called.. 'tf2 item schema_[www.unknowncheats.me]_.txt thing, could I get help with it? I don't know what it was so I downloaded it to see what it was but there was basicly no instructions, can anybody tell me what it is and what it does?
