HELP! stuck in recovery topic

I been browsing around and I hope someone can help me, stupidly I deleted the current .zip rom file from my device to save space when I realized I didn't have another. I can get into recovery (clockworkmod) but thats as far as I can go.

I rooted using a toolkit, now I'm trying to setup adb and I'm told 'error: device not found'

any further steps I can take? I downloaded the needed files.
