how to get smooth scrolling in tw rom topic

i'm using 4.3MK9 and 4.4.2 jamal's rom (dual boot). i've noticed that everything is smoother in google edition rom, ie smooth scrolling, app switching, app opening animations etc.. but in TW rom, glitches everywhere, no matter how much it's debloated.. how to make it smooth as aosp?? is there any rom with TW features and such smoothness??
