Need Help Regarding WP 8 SDK topic

Hi Dear friend i need one simple help.
Hope some one kind will help me sure.
Actually i am facing Windows Phone IP over USB Transport (IpOverUsbSvc) problem.
I checked C:\Program Files \Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Phone Tools\CoreCon.0\Bin\IpOverUsbSvc.exe
Not found.
if Some one Have installed windows phone 8 SDK...pls copy this exe and upload for me..
Its will very helpfull for me to fix error...
