Please Help!!!! topic

While i was in TWRP recovery I performed a data wipe and I accidentally checked internal storage. Now my phone will only boot into recovery.
I have the stock zip on my external sd card but TWRP does not see the sd card. Is there anything that I can do!!!!!

I apoligize if this has been adddressed before.
