[Q] AP Fastboot Flash Mode question topic

Hey all,
My AP Fastboot Flash Mode screen has the following selections:
1. Normal Boot.
2. Recovery
3. Factory
4. Barcodes
5. BP Tools

I understand what 1 is, but
1. what are 2 through 5 and
2. are there instructions on how to access each sub mode and what the options are under each.
It's in my sig, but I'll put it here anyway I have a droid Maxx currently rooted without WP on 4.2.2.
