[Q] Charge after switch off the device? topic

Hi there! I was searching through battery optimizing tips, and got confused in two arguments:
1. its best to switch off your device and connect to a wall charger - for optimum charge cycles for Li-poly batteries...
2. re-charge often - when ever you get a chance to recharge (best to recharge before the battery level reaches below 50%) and one monthly full down/ recharge cycle..

what is your opinion? :confused:
