[Q] Language problem topic

Hi guys, I have just got a Haier Zio S4. It seemed all very nice, until I installed a game, but now wont boot. I went into factory start up to reset, but it's in chinese. Does anybody have any idea what to do? I have looked everywhere for pages to help, but they are all in Vietnamese, another language I don't speak. Appreciate any ideas, thanks
