[Q] Menu bar on GT-95210 topic

Hello citizens,

I was wondering if it was possible to have have a menu bar at the bottom of the tablet (like on the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1) on the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1?

Since I'm using the tablet in a casing, the bottom button (Home, Back, etc) are hidden. Is it possible to do it without making new casings?

P.S.In a future cutom rom maybe?
