[Q] Phone not responding to touch, but S pen works topic

AT&T Note II on the current Android 4.3. The USB plug wasn't connecting well, so I ordered a replacement USB port flex cable thing, and was trying to follow a couple YouTube videos that showed how to replace it. I couldn't get to that because of a stripped screw that wouldn't come out. However, I'm now having a new problem after I put it back together. The phone is working the same as far as I can tell, but the screen doesn't respond to touch. The screen does works fine with the S pen though, and the home key and the two soft keys at the bottom of the screen do respond to touch. I suppose I could have disconnected something, but all of the little wire connections that I can see are still connected. Has anyone seen this before or have any idea why it would happen, or have any idea how to fix it? Thanks for the help.
