[Q] Restore Nexus 5 lock animation (CRT screen) topic

I just got my Nexus 5 and I enjoy the CRT animation when I lock the phone. However, the lock animation suddenly gone. Anyone can advice how to bring back the CRT lock animation again?

I never root my phone.
