[Q] thumbnails topic

Hi,
I have a rooted Samsung G Mini2 (GT-6500) and since months, all my photos in /sdcards/DCIM/.thumbnails are automatically duplicate in x3, x4 ,x5, x6 !!:(
My memory is full all time !
Please can you help me...
