Screen protector topic

Hi I am currently using Spigen Ultra Oleophobic but after using it for 1 month the screen has rainbow effect and is very oily until a tissue can't clean it. Is my screen protector fake ? & how do I tell the difference ?

What is the best screen protector currently in the market that is not a glass ?
