talkback wont stop topic

okay has my smartwatch 2 about 3 days now and i am running the apps for hangout and whatsapp but
my phone wont shut his mouth :D his keep telling me when there opens a window, I have trying to delete talk back
but its still going on.
Some one who knows how I can adjust it??
