Unlock Bootloader- Help needed!! topic

I tried to unlock my bootloader of my sony erricson live with walkman, but when i connect my phone by pressing volume down button, the computer shows error message that " USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" what should i do?

Please help!!

My Phone is SE WT19i (I.C.S)
Computer is core i5 based system with Windows 8.1, x64
