Verizon S4 internet app asks for a Samsung acct. not Google? topic

I came from an S3 and before that a Bionic and there was no issue to connect to my Google account bookmarks. Now with the S4 it asks for a Samsung account not Google.

Is there a way , besides downloading Chrome, to go back to the way I'm used to?
