Xperia's Answering machine problem ! topic

i am having problem with the answering machine on eXistenZ v6 black rom.
the caller didn't hear any greeting message while i didn't pickup the phone after 20second.
just now to know is this problem only occur to me or everyone also having the same issue. :confused:
