[Q] SVOX pre-installed topic

Hi guys. I noticed these days the SVOX text-to-speech voice wasn't installed on my phone, and that it charged me to download it from the Play Store. But I was pretty sure that the Brazilian PT voice came installed with my device, and I never deleted it nor changed anything ROM-wise.

Am I crazy thinking it came pre-installed on my S4? :confused:
