[Q] Difference between 60-OK0GMB5000, 60-0K0GMB600 and 60-OK0GMB5001 topic

I'm wondering which is the difference between both motherboard :

60-OK0GMB5000
60-0K0GMB600
60-OK0GMB5001

It seems there is motherboard 16GB for TF300T, but the difference becomes from the component (some component are present in 5001 and missing in 5000).

Could you explain me that please ?
