Process com.htc.dialer isn't responding topic

Hi i was update software by wifi to 4.4.2 and after reboot is start display message "process com.htc.dialer isn't repsonding wait or close"
and phone was rebooting every 30-60 seconds. I was make s-off, unlock bootloader, custom recovery twrp etc. install custom rom HD revolution but is same problem :( is unknow imei now and no signal :(

Anybody know how to fix it ?
