[Q] Flash BIN Files Without USB topic

I have a set of BIN files I extracted from the E970 stock rom file (LGE970ATT-V20j-Stock.bin). I have attached a screenshot of the files. Is there any way I can flash them (like a ROM) without a USB connection?
