Adding wireless charging & magnets? topic

The Nexus 5/7 has Qi charging built-in and will stick to the magnetic Nexus Wireless Charging Pad.

I have seen this for the Note 3 that will add Wireless charging: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GMRXD9U/

and this magnetic car dock that comes with a metal plate: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DPMNNUO/

Is it possible to add both to the Note 3 without changing to a thicker battery cover?
