Flashing back verizon samsung galaxy s4 from cricket to verizon topic

I'm pretty new to this flashing firmware/roms....I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Verizon that's currently on Cricket. I wish to bring it back to Verizon. How do I achieve that? The ESN for phone is clean; The S4 is running MJ7 baseband!What do I need to do?
