[i9505 4.4.2] New bootloader (KNOX 0x1) NO CHARGE power off topic

Is it normal that with new bootloader (KNOX 0x1) and with cyanogen or aosp rom is impossible to charge the phone when is in power off?
With TW rom works fine.
