Modem flash odin problem topic

I cant flash my mobile with odin.I want to flash 4.3 bootloader to have wifi working and I get a F A I L
My phone is N7100 bought from Asia
My father has the same phone and flashed the bootloader properly with the same pc.
Can someone help me with this problem? ??
