Note 3 features on Note 2 topic

Hey every. Does anyone have a walk through on how to get air command and most of if not all of the note 3 features on my t889? I heard you can use Skynote from Att and flash the T-Mobile firmware but I don't know which skynote to download nor can I find that T-Mobile firmware. Is there a walk through for doing this somewhere?
