Plz help how to install kitkat from stock rom,stock kernel topic

Hi,
I want to install CM11 based kitkat custom rom in my samsung galaxy note and i have no knowladge how to do that
Plz help me my samsung galaxy note detail are this
Android version:4.1.2
Baseband version:N7000DDLS6
Kernel version:3.0.31-906407 se.infra@SEP-128#3 SMP PREEMPT Wed Mar 6 19:53:40 KST2013

I have never try this plz help me as simple as u can bcz there are many way to flash kitkat and many custom rom
In this site and i am confused which is the best rom and best way to flash
And my device is unrooted so how to.. plz plz help me
