[Q] How to root and install twrp on xperia tablet z 321 topic

I have installed twrp and rooted phones and tablets before but I find it difficult to do on the Xperia Tablet Z. Can someone give me a tutorial or something on how to root and install twrp on my xperia tablet z 321 10.4.B.0.569 version please :D.
